Vicky McEvoy B.Th. H Dip Ad Ed, Dip Couns. Dip Sup MIACP MIACC WGII COSCA Trainer
Vicky pioneered Oasis in 1996 and now has 35 volunteers and several full and part time staff and sessional counsellors working in the service. Vicky is married to John McEvoy who is The National Director of Elim Ministries. Prior to his appointment he was the pastor of Ballyfermot Community Church from whose premises Oasis operates. Vicky works at Oasis as the Manager, as a Counsellor and as an IACP Supervisor and also runs training courses to Diploma level with her colleague and friend Andrea Wigglesworth.
Karen Graham H Dip Social Care, Dip Couns, Cert RT
Karen Graham, has been working at Oasis for the past 9 years and does Assessment interviews, Couple counselling, suicide prevention and helps with vision and administration

Keely Mosley M. Sc
Keely Mosley heads up the Children’s project XPand.. Keely has been working with us for about 3 years and has been training in Therapeutic Play. She works with children aged 4 – 16 and they love working with her. She also helps the parents and liaises with social workers, gardai, teachers and community agencies.


Sandra Donegan Head Receptionist
Sandra Donegan – Sandra has been working at Oasis for about 5 years. Sandra comes from Ballyfermot and is dedicated to her job and gives a warm welcome to all the clients that come through the service

Deborah McEvoy Night Receptionist
Deborah works as evening and children's receptionist. She is recently back from working in an orphanage in South Africa and has studied Montessori and Therapeutic Play.
